These cookies are healthy and actually REALLY good. Ive made them quite a few times since I posted the recipe and they have not disappointed!! My family have also loved them.
They are super easy and uses ingredients that you will have in your kitchen. There is nothing worse than trying to bake with crazy ingredients that you don't have and they cost a fortune.
Try these at home, Such a great snack on the run!!
1 cup of oats blended
1 cup of almond flour - I just blend a cup of almonds until they are flour consistency.
1tsp baking powder
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp coconut oil - this is optional. Ive used honey instead and it works great too.
1/3 cup almond milk - coconut milk works great too!
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate
Pre heat the oven 180degrees.
Blend the oats and almonds together in a high speed blender until it becomes flour like consistency.
Add all of the ingredients except the chocolate into the blender and blend until its all mixed together and comes out a wet mixture.
Chop up the chocolate and add into the mixture.
Scoop the batter into balls and place on a tray. Use a fork to push the ball into a biscuit shape.
Cook for 15-16 minutes.
Makes 12-14 small cookies.
Try these at home and tag me on instagram, I would love to see your creations. They are a great snack on the run, lunchbox filler, or a after dinner treat!! Yum.
Lots of love
